Read More →

CNBLUE said it was “Shiok” to be back in Singapore. We say, it was “Jinjia Shiok” to watch their gig!

The all so-familiar “Everybody, CRAB CRAB CRAB” playful boys were back in town, to give Singapore audience yet another memorable & electrifying night.

It was dazzling not because of the stage lighting or the confetti, but these down to earth guys’ focus on the fundamentals & returning to basics.

They won and warmed hearts with their sincerity, just purely them, their instruments and their music.

Sometimes, Simplicity is more.

What more could we ask for when they tried to act aegyo, speak Singlish and made everyone laugh so hard?

Oh yes definitely, COME BACK SOON!Read More →

The pretty much anticipated comeback for 宣萱 (Jessica Hsuan) & 林文龙 (Frankie Lam) to TVB, our favourite pairing of Saving & Cherry by 王浩信 (Vincent Wong) & 唐诗咏 (Natalie Tong).

It’s a breakthrough for黎诺懿 (Chris Lai) who’s such a horrible boyfriend who two-timed and also being unscrupulous as work,高海寧 (Samantha Ko) as a woman who knows how to manipulate her way through men’s hearts and Vincent Wong as the very thrifty yet痴情 Saving.

Is it necessary for women to know how to 撒娇, or is that just a plus point?

The director probably wanted viewers to discover the softer side of Hong Kong women. Their way of being “gentle” is to support their other halves through thick and thin. The story also goes indepth into infidelity issues, women getting married only after 30 years also and some other societal topics.

You would swoon at the 2 romances in the drama, especially that of Cherry and Saving.

不懂撒娇的女人, is definitely one HK drama you need to watch in 2017.Read More →

This is probably one of my more favourite dramas in the 1st half of 2017.

It’s gonna be one of Park Seo Joon’s big break since “Kill Me Heal Me” & “She Was Pretty”. The “JoonWon” couple would be one of the most shipped couples in 2017 with their superbly funny and explosive chemistry.

The drama has been highly popular due to the following points:

– Down to earth and very relatable storyline for commoners like you and I,
– Absolutely great chemistry between the “Fantastic Four” and all the funny scenes
– Relatable quotes in every episode that you will love

It’s a 温馨小品 that would warm your heart a little and also re-lit some of your long buried passions.

Watch it, you wouldn’t regret it.Read More →

Action, Bromance, Romance, Secret Agents, Conspiracies – all in one.

Park Hae Jin’s return to small screen after troubled times with previous drama was one that debuted with great hype and anticipation.

While romance could be the weakest link in such genre dramas, you can anticipate the multi-faceted Agent K’s Bromance with Hallyu Superstar Yeo Woon Gwang as his body guard.

Luckily, the action drama did not fall into the category of a slapstick comedy.

It kept you glued to the screen, wondering what’s gonna happen next.

It also keeps you in higher anticipation for Park Hae Jin’s next drama, where he’s gonna take on 4 different personalities as Quadruplets.
